Melanie won the award for her Mixed Media titled "Broken Pottery". Judge Melissa Lane comments were: "What a wonderful piece of art. Artwork definitely draws you in to show you what it could be. So many patterns, but yet great composition. Love all the colors represented...love the gray scale as well! Well done! Love it!"  Congratulations! The Plainfield Art League meets and hold its' demos on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00pm to 8:45pm. The meetings are  held  at American House Cedarlake located at 14804 S. Jutta won the award for her Oil Painting titled "Mandarin Fish". Judge Virginia Nordwall comments were: "Good composition and use color. Interesting patterns on the fish. Plainfield Art League October 2018 One Night Show Winner

<headline> View this email in your browser ***FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE***   Jaeger wins PAL Best of Show Ribbon Local artist, Rose Jaeger won the Best of Show ribbon at the Plainfield Art Leagues, October, One Night Show, held at American House Cedarlake. Rose won the award for her colored Acrylic Painting titled "I Love Tennessee". Judge Madison Maynard comments were: "This piece is full of wonderful textures and vibrant colors. The piece has a realistic aspect to it that can give you the feeling of being in Tennessee in the woods. The precision is impeccable and it all flows together very well.
