Oct 4th 7pm meeting, demo and ONS open to the public at American House Cederlake-AHC          ---------- We are NOT meeting at the Library!!!!!!!!!!!! -----------                 This and all demos are free and open to the public American House Cederlake-AHC is located at 14800 S Van Dyke Rd, Plainfield, IL 60544.  The demo is ID Yourself (show and tell) and Critique of your artwork. Members and the public are invited to spend up to 5 minutes describing yourself as an artist and a person including background information so the membership get to know you a little better. Be sure to bring in some of your artwork and describe how the artwork was achieved. Also available will be a critique of your artwork, where areas that impressed and areas that did not, along with suggestions to make a difference may be provided. You may also ask about a specific problem you are having. Plainfield Art League has many experienced members that have expertise in oil, water color, acrylic, and other painting techniques as well as expertise in photography techniques and printing. So please bring in your artwork and discuss it with us. Plainfield Art League Press Release View this email in your browser ***FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE***  The Plainfield Art League would like to invite you to our October meeting and Open to the public One Night Show on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, from 7pm to 8:45pm at American House Cedarlake-AHC (NOTE: location change). This months demonstration is ID Yourself (show and tell) and Critique of your artwork. Plainfield Art Leagues 15th Anniversary MEMBERS be there at 12:15pm

Sept 23rd - PAL's 15th Anniversary MEMBERS be there at 12:15 for setup Note the parking lot construction at the end Open House at Plainfield Community Center-PCC Members, please be there at 12:15pm to help unload and setup. Also please arrange to park somewhere else as there is very little parking available due to the construction in the public parking lot.  If you cannot walk that far, and it could be far, please arrange to be dropped off, or drive to the PCC and we can park your car for you.  We need the little parking in front of the PCC for our visitors. Please tell your friends and neighbors! All members should attend this once in a lifetime event.  As a member, please bring is one piece of artwork for our OAS (One Afternoon Show) along with any easels you have. We will also need help with takedown at 3:45pm to 4pm. We need to be out of the PCC by 4:15pm. Plainfield Art Leagues 15th Anniversary Celebration

Sept 23rd 1-4pm , PAL's 15th Anniversary Open House at Plainfield Community Center-PCC This Celebration is free and open to the public. Meeting location is handicapped accessible. Come join PAL members celebrate PAL's 15th Anniversary!  All members should attend this once in a lifetime event.  We will be raffling off some members artwork.  Our members will be participating in a OAS - One Afternoon Show as well as our members also showing their artwork in the PCC public gallery.  So PAL will have a lot of artwork on display for this special event.
